Editor Mohan, backbone of this production unit, deserves compliments
for assessing the pulse of the masses correctly.
This film is a remake of the Malayalam original, Tenkasi Patnam.
The film is good comedy with plenty of action scenes as well.
Two orphans Krishna (Arjun) and Dasu (Jagapatibabu) grow up
together and become rich and famous. Their company is called
KD & Co.
The friends, who are ready to sacrifice anything for friendship,
fall in love with Meenakshi (Sneha).
A twist in the story comes in the form of Sangeetha (Laya)
who loves Krishna.
Sangeetha is a singer. Dasu believes that Meenakshi wants
to marry him. In fact, the tough and rude Dasu has no idea
of love and marriage till the arrival of the third important
character, Satru (Venu) into the scene.
Satru loves Devi (Vijayalakshmi), sister of Krishna. Devi
tells Satru that he has to first convince her brothers Krishna
and Dasu, if he wants to marry her.
Therefore, Satru arrives in town and hatches a plan first
to make the KD & Co. Partners taste the sweetness of love,
so that it becomes easier for them to get their blessings.
Thus begins the comedy of errors. How this issue is finally
resolved forms the climax of course.
The four-film old Venu gets a lifetime chance of playing a
comedy role of some depth.
He puts up a fine performance and is convincing in the comedy
scenes.

Between Arjun and Jagapatibabu, the latter gets a more challenging
role, and he meets the demands of the character well.
Arjun scores better in action parts. Sneha has a greater scope
to perform, while Laya's role of Sangeetha suffers due to
lack of credibility in script.
Comedians L.B. Sriram, Brahmanandam and Kovai Sarala impress.
Director M.Raja, son of Mohan, makes an impressive debut.
Music by Suresh Peters is loud.
