Producer Raju gets greedy
The producer first committed to give away East Godavari and Guntur territories to outside distributors but backed-off half way through, refunded the buyers the amount and retained it himself. This shows the confidence he has on the product. Also amongst the summer releases, Arya is the one film with its business was closed 2 months prior to the film's release. All the other areas which the producer sold were only on an NRA basis.

15 centers in Hyd for Arya
Allu Arjun's 2nd film Arya was initially planned to release in the twin cities in 10 theatres. After seeing the tremendous response to the film's audio and trailers, the producer of the film - Raju of Sri Venkateshwara Creation who is distributing the film in Nizam increased the theatres tally by another 5. It makes a total of 15. The number one theatre of the RTC Cross Roads - Sudershan 35MM, which is renovated and waiting to be re-opened, is the main theatre for this film. The other main theatres of other areas are - Arjun - Kukkatpally, Ganga - Dilshuknagar, Tivoli - Secundrabad. In the newer half of the city 4 crucial theatres have been roped in - Gokul, Sathyam, Hitech, Sensation.

Anu Mehta bags 2 projects
Anuradha Mehta - the KitKat model - has grabbed 2 more assignments in Telugu even before the release of her 1st film 'Arya'. These producers have seen the rushes of 'Arya' and got impressed. 'Arya' would announce arrival of another Gujju girl making her way into Telugu film industry.
