YVS
Chowdary is one of the most passionate producers and directors
Telugu film industry have today. He is making a film titled
Devadasu by introducing Ram and Ileana. Muhurat of this film
was held in grand style with Akkineni Nageswara Rao, Nandamuri
Bala Krishna, Nandamuri Hari Krishna and Allu Arjun as guests.
Though titled as Devadasu, this film has no references to
ANR's Devadasu - the tragic saga of olden times. This film
has got the backdrop of USA and India.
Devadasu
unit lands in USA on 28 April
32-member unit led by YVS Chowdary landed in USA on 28th April
to shoot US part of Devadasu film. US part of shooting of
Devadasu was commenced on 29th of April in Virginia and Washington
DC and would continue till 13th of May. Here is the location-wise

Shooting
major part of the film in USA is like a dream come to true
to dynamic director YVS Chowdary who mastered the pulses of
masses with mass flicks like Seetarama Raju, Lahiri Lahiri
Lahirilo and Seetayya.
Shooting
in unexploited locations of USA
Getting permissions for shooting of foreign films in USA is
a big task after 9/11 incident. Foreign shooting coordinator
Narravula Gopi Krishna made it possible getting shooting
permissions and visa stampings in time. YVS Chowdary too had
to visit 4 times get a feel of the various locations that
were unexploited on Telugu screen before.
With
the help of Telugu NRIs
Among the NRIs, Vijaya Sekhar Vellanki, who distributed
first-ever Telugu films in USA like Annamayya and Ninne Pelladatha
and Srini Anumolu (USA Telugu film distributor - Siri
Chitra banner) helped out the unit of Bommarillu in getting
work done in a smoother way. YVS would like to thank Vijay
Sekhar Vellanki, Srini Anumolu and Narravula Gopi Krishna
for rendering their invaluable help.
Though,
this film has majority of shooting in USA, the producer YVS
is making sure that it is still under the limit obtain subsidy
offered by AP State Government for regional films.
Vijay
Sekhar Vellanki clapped on the lead pair and Srini Anumolu
switched on the camera for the USA part of the shooting of
Devadasu film. YVS Chowdary also thanks the Telugu NRIs who
are coming forward to make the shooting of this film progress
smoothly.

Chowdary is not compromising on production values and quality
of the film to make sure that the audiences would get the
entertainment worth their ticket price.
