We are aware that Telugu film industry is felicitating Chiranjeevi in a big way by arranging a huge function on 23rd April 2006. As per the sources of idlebrain.com, Zee Telugu TV channel has paid an unheard amount of Rs. 70 lakhs for exclusive broadcasting rights for this event.

This event is expected to be graced by the top stars of Hindi (Amitab Bachchan), Tamil (Rajnikant), Malayalam (Mohan Lal), Kannada (Raj Kumars) etc. Chiranjeevi has acted with 69 heroines (from Reshmi Roy (Punadi Rallu) to Trisha (Stalin)) so far. Out of these 69 heroines, around 40 heroines are expected to attend the function. All the producers, directors and technicians worked with Chiranjeevi would also be there.

The probable venue for this occasion will be Hitex, Madapur. There will also be entertaining events like comedy skits by top comedians and dance performances by top choreographers and heroines.

Popular art director Anand Sai is expected to construct a huge set. Felicitation of Chiranjeevi is going to be one of the most talked about event among Telugu movie lovers along with big summer releases!
