ID cards for Johnny
Pawan
Kalyan is taking uttermost precautions to make sure that no matter from
his film Johnny comes out. In a bid to ensure secrecy, he issued photo
identity cards to all the staff of the film. He is also ensuring that
cell phones are not disturbing the working environments. Pawan Kalyan
banned to usage of mobile phones while the schedule is in progress.
Even the producer Allu Aravind has to leave his cell phone out while
entering the sets. Pawan is using ARRIFLEX camera, which has the facility
to do the spot dubbing and editing, which means that he exposes the
negative of the film everyday and convert it into digital format before
doing editing on sophisticated digital editing monitor on daily basis.
The current schedule is going on Obul Reddy public school, Jubilee Hills
and entry of visitors is strictly restricted.

scores Ayyo Ayyayyo for Indra
RP
Patnaik did a last minute crisis management for Vyjayanthi movies when
Mani Sharma was away in abroad. The Vyjayanthi unit was traveling to
Switzerland and they need a song to be done. RP did score music for
'Ayyo
Ayyo' songs by using typical Mani Sharma's kind of beats. Usha and
Karthik rendered playback for this song that is picturised on Chiranjeevi
and Arti Agrawal. This audio created a record by getting 5 lakhs of
albums sold in two days. Lead scenes for climax are being pictured at
Nanakram Guda of Rama Naidu Cine Village at present. B Gopal directs
this film. Chinni Krishna provides story. Paruchuri brothers are penning
dialogues. The rerecording and DTS mixing of this film would start from
25th June onwards. Indra is slated for release on 24th of July.

Krishna Reddy's new film started

Krishna Reddy is directing a film that is being produced by Allu Arvind
and Aswini Dutt on Siri Media Arts banner. Venu, Srikanth are playing
mainleads in the Telugu remake of Tamil 'Charlie Chaplin'. Deepti (a
Tamil heroine) is paired apposite Srikanth and Rakshita (of Idiot fame)
is paired with Venu. Comedy dialogue writer Chintapally Ramana is providing
dialogues. Mani Sharma is providing music. Earlier RP Patnaik was considered
as the music director for this film. For the first time, an outside
music director is providing music for SV Krishna Reddy's film. Ram Prasad
handles camera. Edida Raja, of Poornodaya films, is presenting this
film. This film is slated for the release in the second week of October
2002.

Satyanarayana, the comedy director, is attempting his hand at full-length
comedy again with a comedy film titled 'Thottigang'. EVV Naresh, his
son who debuted with Allari, would be playing one of the lead heroes
along with comedy star Sunil and dancing spring Prabhudeva. Prabhudeva
has a special knack at doing situational comedy, with proven roles in
the films like 123 and Santosham. EVV has been contemplating about making
this film for the past 6 years, but could not get the casting right
in the past. But, after seeing performance of Naresh, he found the right
guy. EVV will produce this film on his home banner 'EVV Cinema'. This
film would go on floors in the second half of July. Two heroines would
be there in Thottigang. Most of the comedy artists are signed for this
film. Other details of crew and cast being worked out.
