The
combination of Nagarjuna - K Raghavendra Rao - MM Keeravani
- JK Bharavi that produced eternal devotional blockbuster
like 'Annamayya' is back. This time they would be making
another devotional epic 'Bhakta Ramdasu'. K Raghavendra
Rao (legendry Telugu film director) Konda Krishnam Raju (producer
of Vijayendra Varma) and Mandava Raghavendra Rao (owner of
dasapalla groups, Vizag) are going to jointly produced this
film.
The
script writer JK Bharavi did lot of research by visiting Nelakondapally
(birth place of Ramdasu in Khammam district) and Bhadrachalm.
He prepared the story and dialogues after thorough research.
Shooting
of this film would start in the month of July 2005 and would
be released for December 2005. Regular shooting of this film
would take place in Bhadrachalam and other historic places.
Nagarjuna
said that he was inspired when K Raghavendra Rao told him
about Bhakta Ramdasu film. The character of Ramdasu has increased
concentration levels in Nagarjuna as well. Family members
of Nagarjuna encouraged him to do this historic role.
Konda
Krishnamraju & Mandava Raghavendra Rao expressed their
joy in having an opportunity to produce such an epic with
K Raghavendra Rao as one of the producers. They thanked K
Raghavendra Rao, Nagarjuna and Chalasani Ramesh.
