1. Elected as first Telugu Film Artistes Association and collected funds (nearly Rs. 30 lacs) for organizing First World Telugu Conference held at Hyderabad in 1975.
2. Organised many Relief Programmes during natural calamities in AP.
3. On behalf of elugu Film Artiste Association collected Rs. 15 lacs and started a trust to help 40 needy Artiists with monthly pension.
4. Donated money for construction of Open Air Theater in the Kollur High School, Tenali where he studied.
