Heroine oriented project
M Shyam Prasad Reddy is one of the most sensible and highly educated producers of Telugu cinema. He made women-oriented classics like Talambralu and Ammoru and powerful flicks like Ankusam and Ahuti on MS Arts banner. He is going to produce another heroine oriented film now. This film features Anushka in the lead role. Sabhapati is going to direct this film.

Period backdrop
This film has period tinge to it as the story of the film is interwoven between happenings of 1920’s and current events. A couple of sets representing the era of 1920’s are being erected in Annapurna studios now. Speaking to idlebrain.com, Shyam Prasad Reddy confirmed this news and said that this film will go to floors in the month of July 2006.
