200 artists (heroes, heroines, comedians, musicians, dancers and mimicry artists) would be traveling from Hyderabad to east to participate in star nights to be held at Malaysia (Bukit Jalil National Stadium) and Singapore (Singapore Expo) on 7th and 8th August respectively.

A press meet was held today by the organizers and sponsors. Honorable Minister for Tourism - Mrs. J Geeta Reddy presided over the event. Murali Mohan (MAA), Mubarak Ali (MARS), Pradeep (IDEA) were also present at the event.

The specifications:
The massive inventory planned for lights, lasers and pyros is equivalent to any concert or celebrity event across the world. The magnitude and quality of sound output is also guaranteed to blow people off their feet and experience the fantastic melodies spun across by Telugu playback singers and music directors. The equipment being used for sound includes EAW KF 750 as many as 42 speakers, EAW SB 1000 Concert series sub woofer speaker as many as 24 & lights with 400 power cans, 16 Molefay audience wash lights Martin Mac 500 & 600 series, 48 ROBE colorspot … to speak a few.

Where would the profits go?
The money collected through this massive event would fill the coffers of MAA (Movie Artists Association) which would use this money to implement medical claim facility to MAA members. Each MAA member would be entitled to a medical claim of Rs 1 lakh.
