100 days function of Jagapati Babu’s latest film Pellaina Kothalo was held at Rock Gardens on the night of 25 March 2007. T Subbirami Reddy and Maganti Babu attended this function as guests.
I will produce a film with Madan - Maganti Babu
Maganti Babu said, “This film was released in December 2006. Lots of big films got released after that. Pellaina Kothalo withstood all competition and ran for 100 days in approximately 18 centers. I am there in the background of this film. I am planning to produce an entertainer in the direction of Madan soon.”
A fan vowed not to wear chappals till 100 days - Jagapati Babu
Hero Jagapati Babu said, “This is my second consecutive 100 days film after Samanyudu. I am feeling very happy. The entire unit worked hard for this film. I am sure that this film will run for 175 days. A fan from Kakinada called Shiva has vowed now to wear chappals till this film completed 100 days. I am really proud of having such dedicated and loving fans. This function is for fans.”
Director Madan said, “I did not have a penny when I wanted to produce and direct this film. But Srinivas, Agastyan, Jagan and Maganti Babu helped me a lot. Maganti Babu helped us during postproduction stage. I would like to thank all my technicians and actors.”
