Music of Aa Okkadu – Ajay’s debut film as hero – is launched at a function organized in Hotel Novotel on the night of 8 May. This function is graced by Ravi Teja, SS Rajamouli, Trivikram, Madan, MM Keeravani, D Suresh Babu and Ram Prasad as guests. NS Murthy directed this thriller and Ganesh Indukuri produced it on Tolly 2 Holly Movies.

D Suresh Babu launched the audiocassette and gave the first unit to Ravi Teja. Keeravani launched audio CD and gave the first unit to Rajamouli.

Speaking on the occasion, Madan said, “I wanted to introduce Ajay as hero, but it didn’t work out. I envy Murthy for getting that chance. My associated with Tolly 2 Holly was started with Pellaina Kothalo film for which they bought the overseas rights. I am going to do their next production.”

SS Rajamouli said, “Ajay worked in my first film Student No.1. He refused Simhadri by saying that his role is too small. Then I realized that Ajay is a kind of guy with proper planning. When I did Chatrapti film, he acted in a comedy scene which was deleted in the final cut. He was so good in that scene and I opined that he is of hero material. Ajay got multiple projects as hero even before his first hero project is released. Murthy worked with Chandra Sekhar Yeleti in the past. I wish the entire unit good success.”

Ravi Teja said, “I liked Ajay’s performance in Athanokkade film. I wish that this movie will become super hit.”

Actor Sunil said, “Producer Ganesh’s brother Subbaraju is my classmate from Bhimavaram. They wanted to introduce me as hero few years back. I stopped them by saying that it would become a flop. When I acted as hero in Andala Ramudu, they came forward to distribute it. I listened to the story of Aa Okkadu and we will not predict who the villain is till the climax. Ajay did terrific dances in this film apart from good performance. Executive producer Sudhakar worked hard.”

Actor Ajay said, “I owe my success in film industry to SS Rajamouli. He narrated me the story of Vikramarkudu during Chatrapati time. I asked him who the villain is going me and he shocked me by saying that I would play that role. And my life is made after Vikramarkudu release. Murthy is my friend for the past few years. Aa Okkade is going to be a good thriller with nice screenplay. I would like to thank the producers for casting me in this movie.”

Producer Ganesh Indukuri said, “We distributed several blockbusters in USA for the past three years. This is our first production venture. Mani Sharma composed good music for this movie. Our next movie Pravarakyudu with Jagapati Babu will be directed by Madan. We are planning to release Aa Okkadu in the last week of May.”
