Audio of Lakshmi Narasimha was released in 'Shilpakala Vedika' by CM Chandra Babu Naidu on the night of 19th December 2004. 80% of the venue is filled up with fans who created electrifying atmosphere with their cheering to their favorite hero of Nandamuri dynasty.

The guests of honor for this occasion are Chandra Babu Naidu, Devender Goud, DIG Surendra Babu, Akkineni Nageswara Rao, B Gopal, Chanti Addala, Taaraka Rathna, and Nandamuri Rama Krishna and director Sagar.

The program started with a musical night by Raghu Kunche and Swati. Suma also anchored the event by wearing a cop dress.

CM Chandra Babu Naidu has given a populist speech by addressing to Nandamuri fans that the movies like Samarasimha Reddy and Narasimha Naidu for which he has released the audio went on to become blockbusters and he wished that Lakshmi Narasimha would also create sensation at box office and break all the records. Chandra Babu Naidu said that the hero in this film uses the technique of extracting money from the criminals as a punishment. He said that the criminals would leave their profession, if the same technique were applied by the police force.

Devender Goud expressed his happiness over Bala Krishna donning the role of cop. He said that most of the police officers are shown as either bad guys or comedians in films. He said that the positive aspects of police officer gets elevated when hero dons the role of police officer. People also should understand and appreciate the various responsibilities police officers are entrusted with.

Akkineni Nageswara Rao said that it has become a sentiment for Bala Krishna to invite him for every audio function. He remembered the association he had with NTR by acting in more than 30 films together. He recollected how his mother used to consider NTR as the elder son of hers.

DIG Surendra Babu said that Bala Krishna is a nice human being and dedicated actor with down to earth attitude. He said that police department has given ample support to the unit of Lakshmi Narasimha when to came to shoot in Vijayawada for a couple of week. And he wished that Lakshmi Narasimha would become a super duper hit.

Paruchuri Gopala Krishna said that he has written Tollywood kind of punch dialogues for films like Samarasimha Reddy and Narasimha Naidu. But Jayant has made them write 'Hollywood' kind of dialogues for Lakshmi Narasimha. Paruchuri said that there is subtle and underlying punch in every dialogue. He commended that Bellamkonda Suresh is an able producer who does not compromise for anything.

Bala Krishna started his speech with a dialogue -

Bala Krishna thanked his fans for coming from all over the state. He criticized the influence of westernization in music of Telugu films. He thanked Mani Sharma for giving another chartbuster music for this film. He uttered another dialogue from the film which goes like …..

"Nuvvu champite adi hatya
nenu champite adi encounter'

He said that Jayant knows his moods and style well and he made sure that a different Bala Krishna is shown in 'Lakshmi Narasimha'. He also said that he has got good attachment with Lord Narasimha. He had a special mention for the character played by Prakash Raj. He said that Prakash Raj has done terrific role in the film. He also observed that Asin is referred as 'Chennai' by the fans who came to watch the shooting and he professed that she would be called Andhra Ammai after the release of Lakshmi Narasimha.

Director Jayant said that he prefers to speak on 100 days function of this film. Asin said that she is in awe of Bala Krishna.

Bala Krishna has given special attention to fans through out the speech and cautioned them to reach home safely after the function. Fans garlanding him after the function. Raju Harwani bought the audio rights and audio is release by Supreme company.
