The shooting for an item song 'Siggu Bhaggumandi' of Premikulu (but they don't know each other) was underway at Padmalaya Studios. The song sung by Malathi was being picturised on Abhinayasri, Rishi Girish and forty dancers. This song is choreographed by dance master Sridhar. Kaluva Krishna Sai penned the lyrics.

Talking about the song director Jaya said, "There were no item songs in my previous films, but I am a fan of item songs. I know that it sounds odd that I being a woman I like item songs. But personally I feel that an item song is supposed to liven up the film and not just be a badly choreographed vulgar song. So, I personally sat and got the whole song written and composed. This is going to just be peppy and not vulgar."

"The film is progressing at a quick pace, with the shooting of this song about 90% of the film is done. This song is going to be the sixth and final song in the film. We are planning a June first week release. The audio of the film will be released in this week or the upcoming week."
