A new film titled Malli Malli (Again and Again) is launched today at Hotel Marriott, Hyderabad. Made on Sree Sahasya Entertainment Private Limited banner, it has story, screenplay and direction by Raaj Aaditya, who made his debut with Sumanth's film Pourudu this year. The movie stars debutants Skanda (a Bangalorean) and Kalyanee (a Mallu girl). Producer is Dinesh Kumar, Chairman of XL Telecom and Energy Limited. The event saw logo unveiling, formal launch of the film and introduction of the artistes to the media. Some visuals of the lead pair were projected to the media.

Of the Youth, for the Youth & by the Youth
Raaj Aaditya said: "Primary reason for doing this film is to give a superb entertainer to my producer Dinesh Kumar. When we first spoke to each other, Dinesh Kumar wanted me to direct a totally different film – not regular, nor normal. After mind raking work for several months, I readied this subject. Skanda is making his debut as hero, while it is Kalyanee as heroine. I want to give full justification to the title – Malli Malli. It is about the exploits of a fresh graduate in search of a job and at the same time falling in love. Naturally, our youth are prone different temptations despite pressing problems before them. My theme is this – Life is a collection of opportunities. At a time when the hero holds a negative tendency in life, he is flooded with good opportunities, again and again. At the same time, he has to win through his love game. How does he utilize the opportunities that come his way? It is the main crux of the film."

Terrorism, Unemployment and Poverty
Replying to a question, he said: "You can see the hero holding both a note book (meaning a student or a job seeker) and at the same time holding gun (suggestive of his tilt towards terrorism or something bad). The youth under desperate conditions turns themselves into gullible victims of terrorism. How to earn money and how to get bailed out from poverty? These are the prime questions to be answered. The audience will also find answers from these points of view."

Experience pretty unique
Producer Dinesh Kumar said: "I met Raaj Aditya four years ago. In recognition of his talents, I asked him to do a good film for me, but unfortunately the project didn't materialize immediately. The influence of Malli Malli is going to be pretty unique on the audience."

Kalyanee (who actually debuted as Purnitha in yet-to-be-released but several times previewed film Manchu Kurise Velalo) said: "I am happy to be getting introduced with this film Malli Malli." Debut hero Skanda (who plays the role as Nanda Gopal aka Nandu in the film) said he was from Bangalore and couldn't speak Telugu, but felt happy to be part of the disciplined Telugu film industry.
