Ace publicity designer Ramesh Varma (of Kiran Poster Ads) is making his debut as film director through 'Oka Voorilo' film. Tarun, Saloni and Raja are playing main leads. Chanti Addala is producing this film on Friendly Movies banner. The unit of 'Oka Voorilo' held presses meet today to explain the progress.

Speaking on the occasion, producer Chanti Addala said that this film was launched in December and they completed 1st schedule by 13th February. First half of this film has the backdrop of village. This film is shot in unexplored greenery locations of Godari districts in the 1st schedule. Heroine's house set was built in an island of Godari river. Another set is being erect near IMAX Theater, Hyderabad on an open terrace. 2nd schedule of this film starts on 23rd of February and would continue till 15th March. Audio would be released in April and the film would hit the marquee in May. Devi Sri Prasad is scored music for this film. Director Ramesh Varma is doing an excellent job. Chanti Addala is very impressed by the work of Saloni, who refused to use glycerin in pathos scenes. Arjun Jana - who worked with cinematographers like PC Sreeram and Jeeva in the past - is handling photography for this film. Chanti thanked Chandra Mohan for working in this film with high fever.

Tarun said that he is impressed by the storyline of this film. Tarun opines that 'Oka Voorilo' would remain as grand epic love story in the annals of Telugu cinema. Saloni gave a sensitive performance in this film. Tarun is playing a character of a lazy bug.

Hero Raja said that he is playing a mature, responsible and analytical role in this film. He is impressed by the script.
