Chandra Sekhar Yeleti’s latest film ‘Okkadunnadu’ with Gopichand and Neha Julka in the main leads is all set to release in the first week of March. Producer Cherry arranged a press meet to share the progress.

Of blood groups and heart transplantation - Chandra Sekhar Yeleti
Speaking on the occasion director Chandra Sekhar Yeleti said, “The film revolves around the concept of blood group. There is a rare blood group called Bombay blood group which was discovered in Bombay. A few incidents happened around this blood group in real. We have taken that as a base. This film also has the backdrop of heart plantation. I restricted myself to multiplex crowds in my earlier two films. This time I am catering to other kinds of audiences too. This film will use the Gopichand image to narrate the film in my style.”

Music director Keeravani said, “The film has come out really well. The rerecording of the film reached the climax stage. Chandu added many commercial elements without missing his style. There has been very good response for the audio. Lots of people are saying that three songs are good. The picturization done by Krishna Vamsi for duets will be appreciated a lot.”

Release on 1st, 2nd or 3rd - Cherry
Producer Cherry said, “We are planning to release the first on 1st, 2nd or 3rd of March. Chandu was required here during the rerecording of the film and we had to go to Dubai to can songs. Krishna Vamsi has agreed to shoot the songs in the choreography of Noble. He has done an extraordinary work. There is tremendous report on the audio of the film.”

Doing sophisticated character - Gopichand
Hero Gopichand said, “I waited for this subject for 3-4 months because I always wanted to act in the direction of Chandra Sekhar Yeleti. The story of the film is novel and screenplay is interesting. I completed dubbing this film today. Cherry is a producer of good taste. My character is in different style and is very much sophisticated. This film will satisfy both classes and masses. Chandu has taken some real incidents and added commercial glitz to it to make it appealing.”

Actress Neha Julka said, “I am doing the role of Mumbai girl. I did a film in Hindi and this is my first Telugu film. My character in this film is interesting.”
