Lakshmi Narasimha is confirmed as the title of Bala Krishna's film in the direction of Jayant C Paranji. Asin is paired up with Balayya for the first time. Bellamkonda Suresh produces this film Sai Ganesh Productions banner. This film is a remake of Tamil blockbuster 'Saami' starring Vikram. A press meet has been arranged to announce title at Bellamkonda's office today afternoon.

Balayya is the Sankranthi hero - Paruchuri Venkateswara Rao
Writer Paruchuri Venkateswara Rao said that Bala Krishna is playing the role of cop named 'Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy'. He also said that the characterization of villain Prakash Raj is terrific. This film an action film with good songs. He added that there is sensible comedy as well.

Paruchuri said that the flashback episode in this film is going to be a highlight. Balayya's films released for Sankranthi season have become blockbusters like Lorry Driver, Vamsanikikokkadu, Peddannayya, Samarasimha Reddy and Narasimha Naidu. He added that Lakshmi Narasimha would also become another Sankranthi blockbuster for Balayya.

All set for Sankranthi release - Bellamkonda Suresh
Bellamkonda Suresh said that the final schedule of the film would be completed by the end of December month. Dubbing is already started. Audio would be releasing in the month of December. 'Lakshmi Narasimha' film is all set for Sankranthi release.

Lakshmi Narasimha character has my real life qualities - Bala Krishna
Bala Krishna said that shooting of entire talkie part is completed except for the powerful flashback to be shot in Polachi. The team would be leaving to Polachi in a couple of days. One song has been shot so far. Another would be canned in Polachi.

He said that everybody is working pretty hard for this film and 'Lakshmi Narasimha' is going to be a product of teamwork. He thanked Konda Krishnam Raju for canceling two schedules of his film to co-operate with the fast completion of 'Lakshmi Narasimha'.

Balayya said that there is some kind of outright fieriness in Lakshmi Narasimha character. He admitted that the qualities possessed by Lakshmi Narasimha on the screen are real reflection of Balayya in his personal life. Though he has done lots of cop films so far, he made sure that characterization for each and every cop role he does is different from the other. Balayya clarified that he is doing this remake film though he is averse to remakes. He said that the audience would realize why Balayya chose this character only after watching this film on big silver screen.

He said that he is feeling extremely happy for working with talented director like Jayant C Paranji. The cop in this film makes his own rules. Balayya said that they made a major alterations to the flashback of the film compared to the original. After watching Saamy, Balayya felt that Prakash Raj is the right choice and he insisted on keeping Prakash Raj for the role of villain. Balayya said that right casting is important for every film and the films with miscasting bomb at box office.

Balayya complimented that Bellamkonda is an excellent producer with lots of commitment. He also observed that a film would become hit only if the producer put efforts in story and making of the film. Finally, Balayya concluded his words by announcing that 'Lakshmi Narasimha would be a full fledged meals to Telugu movie lovers.'

It's a team of people with 'fire' - Jayant C Paranji
Director Jayant C Paranji said that he is working with people with fire. He complimented Balayya that he is like a child but with fieriness. He said that he is not going to speak anything about film now and would discuss at length after the film is released in the month of January 2004 for Sankranthi.
