'Aakashavani', the debut project of the new trio SS Karthikeya - Ashwin Gangaraju - Kala Bhairava is in the last leg of its shoot. The film narrates a story intricated in the jungle revolving around the theme of Radio. 90% of its shoot has been completed in the myriads of Paderu region.

The Paderu schedule went on for almost 50 days amidst the challenging locations, harsh climatic conditions and hectic shooting hours. "What an adventurous ride it's been. Whole film in a single schedule with a tiny bit of it left. Proud of what we did here" director Ashwin Gangaraju shares.

Ashwin Gangaraju who has started his career as an associate head writer and an assistant director for 'Eega', went on working as an assistant director for SS Rajamouli's Baahubali series. After gaining consequential experience, he is making his debut with this film; while it introduces SS Karthikeya as a producer through his placard, Showing Business.

Samuthirakani, the renowned Tamil actor plays a significant role in the film. He has brought this news to Twitter by sharing some on-set pictures with the crew, the director and SS Rajamouli, during his visit of the sets.

Aakashavani, with a fresh trace, will be seen hitting the screens this year.

తొలిసారి ఎస్‌.ఎస్‌.కార్తికేయ‌, అశ్విన్ గంగ‌రాజు, కాల‌భైర‌వ కాంబినేష‌న్‌లో రూపొందుతోన్న వైవిధ్య‌మైన క‌థా చిత్రం `ఆకాశ‌వాణి `. ఓ రేడియో చుట్టూ ద‌ట్ట‌మైన అడ‌విలో జ‌రిగే ఆస‌క్తిక‌ర‌మైన చిత్ర‌మిది. పాడేరు అట‌వీ ప్రాంతంలో వేసిన భారీ సెట్‌తో పాటు ఇత‌ర లొకేష‌న్స్‌లో ఇప్ప‌టికే 90 శాతం చిత్రీక‌ర‌ణ పూర్త‌య్యింది. షోయింగ్ బిజినెస్ బ్యాన‌ర్‌పై సినిమా నిర్మిత‌మ‌వుతోంది.

ఈ సంద‌ర్భంగా ద‌ర్శ‌కుడు అశ్విన్ గంగ‌రాజు మాట్లాడుతూ ``పాడేరు ప్రాంతంలో దాదాపు 50 రోజుల పాటు ఏక‌ధాటిగా జ‌రిగిన షెడ్యూల్‌ను ఛాలెంజింగ్ సిట్యువేష‌న్స్‌లో చిత్రీక‌రించారు. ఈ షెడ్యూల్ చాలా అడ్వెంచ‌ర‌స్‌గా అనిపించింది. సింగిల్ షెడ్యూల్‌లో సినిమాను పూర్తి చేశాం. 90 శాతం సినిమా పూర్త‌య్యింది. 10 శాతం మాత్ర‌మే చిత్రీక‌రించాల్సిఉంది`` అన్నారు.

ద‌ర్శ‌క ధీరుడు ఎస్‌.ఎస్‌.రాజ‌మౌళి `ఈగ‌` చిత్రానికి అసిస్టెంట్ డైరెక్ట‌ర్‌గా ప‌నిచేసిన అశ్విన్ గంగ‌రాజు.. త‌దుప‌రి రాజ‌మౌళి బాహుబ‌లి సిరీస్‌కు అసిస్టెంట్ ద‌ర్శ‌కుడిగా ప‌నిచేశారు. ఇప్పుడు `ఆకాశ‌వాణి` చిత్రంతో ద‌ర్శ‌కుడిగా ప‌రిచ‌యం అవుతున్నారు. అలాగే కీర‌వాణి త‌న‌యుడు కాల‌భైర‌వ సంగీత ద‌ర్శ‌కుడిగా.. రాజ‌మౌళి త‌న‌యుడు ఎస్‌.ఎస్‌.కార్తికేయ ఈ చిత్రంతో నిర్మాత‌గా ప‌రిచ‌యం అవుతున్నారు.

ప్ర‌ముఖ త‌మిళ న‌టుడు స‌ముద్ర‌ఖ‌ని ఈ చిత్రంలో కీల‌క పాత్ర‌ను పోషించారు. ఈ ఏడాదిలోనే సినిమాను విడుద‌ల చేయ‌డానికి ద‌ర్శ‌క నిర్మాత‌లు స‌న్నాహాలు చేస్తున్నారు.
