Malayalam superstar Mohanlal became popular in Telugu with the films Janatha Garage, Manamantha, Manyam Puli etc. The actor’s super hit Malayalam film Run Baby Run is dubbed in Telugu and will be released here as Black Money. Syed Nizamuddin is releasing the film in Telugu under the banner of Majin Movie Makers.

The film Black Money’s censor formalities have been completed and it is awarded with U certificate. The makers are looking for right time to release “Black Money” in Telugu states. Directed by noted filmmaker Joshi, the action comedy thriller has the gorgeous Amala Pual playing female lead opposite Mohanlal.

Black Money is set in the backdrop of news media, has Mohanlal playing the role of a channel cameraman and Amala Paul that of a senior editor Renuka. The story traces their relationship and professional conflicts. The film was one of the highest grossed Malayalam films.

Ratheesh Vegha has scored music, while RD Rajasekhar cranked camera and Vennelakanti penned dialogues for Telugu version.
