The release of Geetanjali is shifted from 8 August to 9 August. The reason is said to be a slight delay in censoring. Geetanjali is a horror comedy that is produced after looking at the success of films like Kanchana and Prema Katha Chitram. Anjali plays title role and Brahmanandam plays the role of Saitan Raj.
