Lakshmi Manchu's upcoming film Gundello Godaari is going to release on March 8. Kumar Nagendra has directed the film and Lakshmi Manchu has produced it under Manchu Entertainment banner. Taapsee, Lakshmi Manchu, Aadhi and Sundeep Kishan have played the lead roles. Ilayaraja has scored the music for this film which is set in the backdrop of Godavari floods in 1986. Initially, the film was being planned for release on February 21; however, the film has been postponed to March 8 to coincide with International Women's day as the film is dedicated to women from all walks of life.
