Suresh Productions has bought dubbing/remake rights of Tamil hit film Maanadu starring Simbu and Kalyani Priyadarshan in all languages inlcuding Telugu /dubbing/remake. The concept of the film revolves around ‘Time Loop’ where a certain period in life is repeated in a loop until a certain thing happens. Released amidst delays and chaos in Tamil, Maanadu generated an instant hit talk. This film is also available on the OTT platform SonyLiv. Telugu version titled ‘Loop’ is also available with Telugu dubbing.
However, Suresh Production has gone and bought Dubbing/Remake rights for the Telugu version. It’s unsure if they would dub or remake it. It is also unsure if they were going to release the film in theatres or on OTT. Two of the biggies from Suresh Productions featuring home hero Venkatesh (Narappa and Drushyam 2) were released on OTT. Both were remakes. Original films of both these remakes were available on OTT when Telugu films were released on OTT.
