Produced by Sai Korrapati's Vaaraahi Chalana Chitram, and Directed by Chandrasekhar Yeleti it will be released in three languages - Telugu, Malayalam[Vismayam] and Tamil [Namadhu].
Starring Mohanlal and Gauthami, along with Raina Rao and Viswanth, Manamantha marks Mohanlal's return to Telugu movies after 22 years. It will also be Mohanlal's first Telugu film as the main lead.

The film is shot by Rahul Shrivastav, edited by G.V. Chandrasekhar and has music by Mahesh Shankar.
