Nani is doing the official remake of YashRaj Films Bollywood blockbuster Band Baja Barat. This film is a bilingual in Tamil and Telugu and it’s titled as ‘Aha Kalyanam’ in both versions. Lanky Vani Kapoor who has impressed everybody with her work in Shuddh Desi Romance play female lead in this romantic comedy. Incidentally this film will be the first South Indian venture of Yashraj Films. This film is slated for a simultaneous release in the second week of February. It is learnt that the trailer of Aha Kalyanam will be added along with the prints of Dhoom3 all over the world. The Telugu version will be played in AP and USA prints of Dhoom3. Tamil version will be added for rest of South India and rest of overseas prints. It’s an exciting development for Nani who is going from strength to strength after acting Rajamouli and Gowtam Menon’s films. Nani also has two more exciting releases coming up in the first half of 2014 in the form of Paisa and Jenda Pai Kapiraju.
