On the eve of Bheeshma Ekadasi (February 23) NataSimha Nandamuri Balakrishna Released Unseen Stills of his Bheeshma Character from 'NTR Kathanayakudu' film. On this occasion Nandamuri Balakrishna said,

" 'Bheeshma' is one of my favourite roles. My father NTR garu played the role of 'Bheeshma' which was more than his age at that time and impressed audience with his impeccable performance. I like that film and 'Bheeshma' character very much. That's why we shot some scenes on 'Bheeshma' in 'NTR Kathanayakudu' film. I played the role of Bheeshmacharya. But, due to length issues, we need to trim those scenes from the final cut. Today on the occasion of Bheeshma Ekadasi, I wanted to share those photos with my fans and audience."

నేడు భీష్మ ఏకాదశి సందర్భంగా నటసింహ నందమూరి బాలకృష్ణ ఎన్ టీ ఆర్ కధానాయకుడు చిత్రంలో తాను భీష్ముని పాత్రలో నటించిన స్టిల్స్ ను విడుదల చేశారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా నందమూరి బాలకృష్ణ మాట్లాడుతూ..

"భీష్మ పాత్రంటే నాకెంతో ఇష్టం. నాన్న గారు, ఆయన వయసుకి మించిన భీష్మ పాత్ర పోషించి ప్రేక్షకుల విశేష ఆదరాభిమానాలను అందుకున్నారు. ఆ చిత్రం, అందులోని నాన్నగారు నటించిన భీష్ముని పాత్ర అంటే నాకెంతో ఇష్టం. అందుకనే ఎన్ టీ ఆర్ కధానాయకుడు చిత్రంలో భీష్ముని సన్నివేశాలు తీశాము. అందులో నేను భీష్మునిగా నటించాను. అయితే నిడివి ఎక్కువ అవడం వలన ఆ చిత్రంలో ఆ సన్నివేశాలు ఉంచడం కుదరలేదు. ఇవాళ భీష్మ ఏకాదశి పర్వదిన సందర్భంగా ఆ పాత్రకి సంబంధించిన ఫోటోలను ప్రేక్షకులతో, అభిమానులతో పంచుకోవాలనుకుంటున్నాను." అన్నారు
