It's not often that our actors open up about their personal lives. They are quite secretive especially when it comes to their love life. But actor Nikhil opened up very recently, courtesy Lakshmi Manchu.

Speaking on her new talk show Feet Up With The Stars, the actor revealed that he is in a relationship. Sharing that he has been seeing a doctor for a long time now he said that she was quite understanding of his professional life.

The actor is currently awaiting the release of Arjun Suravaram and will begin work on Karthikeya 2 soon.
