V.Doraswamy Raju, died of cardiac arrest today morning in Care hospital, Banjara hills. His body now in Care hospital, banjara hills.

V.Doraswamy Raju (VDR) is the founder for the VMC Organizations (VMC Productions, VMC Pictures, VMC films, VMC1 Company, VMC film Distributor, VMC picture palace). He did many roles as a Film producer, Ex MLA Nagiri, TTD Board Member, Film Chamber president, Distribution council President, Exhibitors association president).  He is one of the most successful Telugu film producer, distributor and exhibitor in Andhra Pradesh. He produced block buster movies and award movies and Tele films, Tele serials, Tamil dubbing and Hindi dubbing films. 

He started VMC  in 1978 and it is inaugurated by great legendary personality NT Ramarao. 

He Produced block busters Seetharamaiah gari manavaralu with ANR and it got National award for the best film and got many national awards.

He Produced, ANNAMAYYA with Akkineni Nagarjuna, which is tremendous hit and got so many awards

He produced, 3films with Akkineni Nagarjuna, 2 films with ANR, 1 film with NTR, and others Srikanth, Jegapathi babu, madhavan etc..

He  distributed around 750 films in Andhrapradesh and Telangana, mainly in Rayalaseema area. 

He was called Rayalaseema raraju.

ప్రముఖ నిర్మాత వి.దొరస్వామి రాజు బంజారా హిల్స్ కేర్ ఆసుపత్రిలో ఈ రోజు(18-01-2021) ఉదయం గుండెపోటుతో మరణించారు. ఆయన మృతదేహం ఇప్పుడు బంజారా హిల్స్ కేర్ ఆసుపత్రిలో ఉంది.

ఆయన చిత్ర నిర్మాత గానే కాకుండా, రాజకీయాల్లో కూడా తనదైన ముద్ర వేశారు. నగరి ఎమ్మెల్యే గా పనిచేశారు. అలాగే టిటిడి బోర్డు సభ్యులు, ఫిల్మ్ ఛాంబర్ అధ్యక్షులుగా పనిచేశారు, పంపిణీదారుల మండలి అధ్యక్షులు, ఎగ్జిబిటర్స్ అసోసియేషన్ అధ్యక్షులు. ఆయన టాలీవుడ్ లో అత్యంత విజయవంతమైన తెలుగు చిత్ర నిర్మాత, పంపిణీదారు మరియు ఎగిబిటర్ లలో ఒకరు. ఆయన పలు బ్లాక్ బస్టర్ సినిమాలు మరియు అవార్డు సినిమాలు వాటితో పాటు టెలి సినిమాలు, టెలి సీరియల్స్, తమిళ డబ్బింగ్ మరియు హిందీ డబ్బింగ్ చిత్రాలను నిర్మించారు.

1978 లో VMC ను ప్రారంభించారాయన, ఈ బ్యానర్ ను మహానటులు NT రామారావు గారు ప్రారంభించారు.
అక్కినేని నాగేశ్వరరావు తో బ్లాక్ బస్టర్స్ సీతారామయ్య గారి మనవరాలూను నిర్మించారు. ఈ సినిమాకు ఉత్తమ చిత్రంగా జాతీయ అవార్డును పొందదమే కాక అనేక జాతీయ అవార్డులను అందుకుంది.

ఆయన నిర్మించిన అన్నమయ్య అక్కినేని నాగార్జున మెయిన్ లీడ్ . ఈ చిత్రం సంచలన విజయం అందుకోవడమే కాకుండా ఎన్నో అవార్డులు రివార్డులు అందుకుంది.

ఆయన తన బ్యానర్ లో అక్కినేని నాగార్జునతో 3 ఫిల్మ్‌లు, ఎఎన్‌ఆర్‌తో 2 సినిమాలు, ఎన్‌టిఆర్‌తో 1 చిత్రం, శ్రీకాంత్, జెగపతి బాబు, మాధవన్ మొదలైన హీరోలతో పలు చిత్రాలు నిర్మంచారు.

నాగార్జున తో కిరాయి దాదా, ప్రెసిడెంట్ గారి పెళ్లాం, అన్నమయ్య, జూనియర్ ఎన్టీఆర్ తో సింహాద్రి, మాధవయ్య గారి మానవాడు, భలే పెళ్లాం, మీన తో వెంగమంబ లాంటి పలు చిత్రాలను నిర్మించారు.

ఆయన ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ మరియు తెలంగాణలో సుమారు 750 చిత్రాలకు పైగా పంపిణీ చేశారు, ప్రధానంగా రాయలసీమ ప్రాంతంలో. ఆయనను రాయలసీమ రారాజు అని పిలిచేవారు.
