Rana Turns World’s first 3D Augmented Reality Movie Star; Sets New Benchmark in Movie Promotions

Rana’s Nene Raju Nene Mantri 3D Augmented Reality (AR) motion poster, the first ever used in the world of cinema is set to create a new benchmark in movie promotions by introducing ‘Appstar’ an immersive Smartphone application.

Using the inventive AR technology the makers of the film have also created a 3D Augmented Reality Motion Posters for their lead characters Jogendra & Radha. The light weight app will reveal thrilling aspects of lead characters.

All one need to do is scan the barcode on the poster and download the app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.avantari.starapp to see Rana and Kajal come alive on their Smartphone, right in front of them, even giving them an opportunity to take a selfie instantaneously. At a time, 10 people can enjoy the experience.

The AR experience can be experienced through downloadable ‘Appstar’ an android and iOS app as well as through AR Poster (standee) placed in over 700 theatres.

Upbeat about ‘Appstar’ app apparent impact, John Paoletto, Head of Design Avantari, the creators of this AR for Nenu Raju Nene Mantri said “It’s a complete new experience for the movie audience and we are hopeful it will be equally exciting for everyone around the world.” And, their favourite stars alluring presence in AR is absolutely fuller on camera as much as in real life.

Directed by Teja, Nene Raju Nene Mantri is produced by Suresh Daggubati, CH Bharath Chowdhary and V Kiran Reddy under Suresh Productions and Blue Planet Entertainments. The film brings together a line-up of highly popular actors Nassar, Kajal Aggarwal, Catherine Tresa, Navadeep and Ashutosh Rana. The music is by Anup Ruben.
