Shooting of YVS Chowdary’s Rey is complete but for a couple of songs and an action sequence. YVS Chowdary introduces Sai Dharam Tej, nephew of Chiranjeevi as hero with this movie. It is a musical romantic entertainer. Rey is shot in USA, West Indies, Bangkok and India. Sayami Kher – niece of Shabana Azmi is being introduced as heroine in this movie. Sharddha Das is doing one of the heroines.

Chakri composes music. Producer YVS Chowdary is planning to release the movie in the summer of 2013.
