After super successful Ghazi and Baahubali, ​the versatile and well known actor​ Rana ​is set to enthral the Tamil audience once again - this time in a solo new avatar as ‘Jogendra’ in ‘Naan Anayittal’.

Sharing his excitement after ‘Naan Anayittal’ recently released trailer relentless growing views among Tamil audience Rana revealed, “The Tamil film title is inspired from a super hit song from the timeless matinee-idol and charismatic leader MGR’s blockbuster film “Enga Veettu Pillai”, a remake of ‘Ramudu Bheemudu’ the first movie produced by my grandfather - movie moghul D. Rama Naidu in 1964. “It’s very special for me as it brings memoirs of 2 of the greatest icons of the film industry who continue to inspire me.”

Shot in the beautiful locales of Karaikudi and in other parts of South India ‘Naan Anayittal’ is a film about its hero Jogendra’s laden attitude and his intriguing thought provoking character played by Rana Daggubati.

The Makers of the film believes ‘Naan Anayittal’ has a strong mass appeal that will surely connect with Tamil audiences.
Besides Nassar’s pivotal role in the film the movie brings together a line-up of highly popular actors Kajal Aggarwal, Catherine Tresa, Navadeep and Ashutosh Rana.

Directed by Teja, “Naan Aanayittal “is produced by Suresh Daggubati, CH Bharath Chowdhary and V Kiran Reddy under Suresh Productions and Blue Planet Entertainments. The music is by Anup Ruben.
