Telugu Association of Greater Kansas City organized Picnic(Vanabojanam) and celebrated India's Independence day celebration in a grand way in Kansas City.

At local Hertitage Park, hundreds of Telugu people gathered and enjoyed the picnic.

Program Committe of TAGKC(Visheshu Repalle, Sravani Meka) organized games (Bottu Pettu-Gift Kottu, Out/Not-Out, Medaduku Metha, Chiku Buku chikubuku pulla and Logo Quiz) and all adults, kids enjoyed them.

TAGKC food Committee prepared Chicken Burgers, Corn along with tradiational indian food. Everyone had a great time and had fun at this event.

The picnic ended with Independence Day Celebrations. There are several visiting parents were also present in the event and Flag hosting was done by one of the visiting parent. Flag making competition for kids is highlight of the event.

TAGKC Executive Committee thanked all the volunteers and members for making the program great success.
