The film stars Suriya, Kajal Aggarwal, Sachin Khedekar, Tara, Irina Maleeva, Julia Bliss and Zeodinis in major roles. "Brothers" movie is an action entertainer with the right mix of sentiment and romance. Movie is directed by K.V. Anand, who also directed Blockbuster Hit movie "Rangam".

"Brothers" is the first Indian film to use performance capture technology. A major portion of the film has been canned in the exotic locales of the Balkan Peninsula, Pakistan border, Latvia, Croatia, Serbia, Albania, Macedonia and especially a large chunk in Russia.
