Denver, CO (January 28, 2018) – MM Media in association with US Tamil LLC, the most awaited emotional thriller, Kanam in Telugu & Diya in Tamil, starring, Sai Pallavi, Naga Shourya releasing on February 23rd 2018.

Sai Pallavi, one of the most loved actors in Telugu and her new film previous films in the US has collected more than million dollars consecutively. The trailer of the film is heart-touching. The one-minute-odd trailer indicates that it revolves around abortion – killing of fetus before it is born and grown independently. Sai Pallavi looks at her usual natural best and seems to have emoted right for the genre. The trailer starts off with Sai Pallavi’s voiceover where she is heard pleading to her mother. The kid seen towards the end of the trailer could most likely be the suspense element that adds to the thrills and chills and what happened to this kid when it was a fetus could form the base of this plot.

It is a simple trailer with some suspense-filled moments added to the latter half and the screenplay would be something that would decide how intense this film could get. Director Vijay has been backed up well by the good technicians. Frames by Nirav Shah are fantastic and so is the background score by Sam CS (Vikram Vedha fame). Editing has been handled by Anthony and we shall have to wait for the main picture to see how thrilling and interesting, this mother touching sentimental theme has been made into a film. The film is produced by Lyca Productions who are also producing one of the costliest Indian films, superstar Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar starrer 2.0, Indian 2.0.
