What is special in the film?
This film is all about intelligent and thoroughly stimulating conversations between two strangers. This film is about small details. It is very difficult for the director to run a film on just two characters who converse with each other ninety percent of the time. This film defies the norms of conventional filmmaking and kudos to the director for succeeding in making an excellent film.
The scenes I liked?
1. A poem written with the word Milkshake in it.
2. Stealing glasses and borrowing wine bottles from a bar to celebrate in a park.
3. Dancing on the footboard by listening to music composed in a house.
4. The couple revisiting all the places at the end of the film (this time however from a different angle and in broad daylight)
5. The couple decision to meet each other after six months instead of leaving their phone/contact numbers.
Tailpiece: ‘Before Sunrise’ is all about intelligent conversations and sweet nothings, where the strangers bare their soul out to let other person know who they really are. A must watch!
