What I liked in the film?
We knew what a cold blooded cannibal Hannibal Lecter is. This film tells us the evolution of Hannibal as Cannibal. Visuals of the film are excellent.
What I did not like in the film?
Dr. Hannibal Lecter is a man of mystique and there is always something mystic and thrilling elements in the earlier films 'Silence of The Lambs' and 'Hannibal'. But here in this film, the story becomes a mere revenge story with no thrill attached to it. The character is not well developed.
Tailpiece:
The 3rd film in most of the sequels seem to be losing out of steam. Hannibal Rising is no exception. This film concentrates on how Hannibal became a clod-blooded savvy monster try to unveil the mystic around him. This film is not thrilling like the part one and two.
