About the film:
Venkatesh
is a man of consistency and delivered goods whenever he
did a family oriented character. VV Vinayak is one of the
most prolific mass directors in form today. Lakshmi is an
attempt to mix family orientation of Venkatesh and mass
taking of VV Vinayak. For the first time, he is directing
a story that is not written by him. Akula Siva penned story
and dialogues. This film has the background of Calcutta.
Ramana Gogula’s music is refreshing and topped the
audio charts. Nallamalupu Bujji is making his debut as producer.
Nayana Tara and Charmme are paired up with Venkatesh for
the first time.
