Desi Naam Videshi Theme
 This new venture of Raj Kanwar largely touted as a love story based on relationships, is 'inspired' (As always the case with bollywood directors) by Keanu Reeves starrer, A walk in the cloud. And since it is only inspired so you are bound to get the desi flavor of inundation with songs and dances at exotic locales, streams of glycerin provoked tears and the newly found chemistry of bollywood, 'Family bum chums' where apparently all the members seem to know only dancing to 'dholaks'
Could they prove to be the Raj Kapoor- Nargis of the millennium?
 The pair of the intense Bachchan Junior and the charming Aishwarya appears to be a made for each other kinds. As Bachchan junior is cruising ahead in every aspect of histrionics, Aishwarya is already turning out to be an actress with substance. Their pairing, which Raj Kanwar claims to be accidental (while Raj was on a look out for someone opposite to Abhishek, he saw Ash in a hotel in an outfit which made him believe that she is her 'Sahiban' for the movie) might just establish the duo as the most sought out pair in bollywood for years to come. Will they or will they not establish themselves as the memorable pair like Raj Kapoor - Nargis of the yesteryears is a thing to be watched.
Dhai Akshar about the story!
 Now that you already know that the film is 'inspired' by the English movie A Walk in the Cloud, a word or two about its desi adaptation. Army officer Karan (Abhishek Bachchan) is in love with Sonali Bendre. Sahiban (Aishwarya) in order to avoid an arranged marriage declares that she is already married and Karan is mistaken to be her husband. If interested for more, watch the movie slated to be released on September 29. If not, refresh memories of either the English movie or another version of it in Hindi, the Govinda starrer Kunwara!!
Crispy bites
Jatin -Lalit duo has again scored a hummable music for this movie. Though none of the songs would remain a lasting hit but overall the songs are melodious.
It seems with the recently spread epidemic of XL (extra large) titles the characters' list also stretches a mile and watch out…………. You have a surprise element also to add an Akshar to the Dhai Akshar of Prem by Raj Kanwar.
