Popular music director Ramana Gogula started his production house ‘green mangoes cinema’ and is producing a film with Sumanth as hero by introducing Raj Pippalla as director. Talkie part of the film is complete. Title of this film is Boni. This title announcement function was held at whisper valley on the evening of 9 February which is also happens to be the birthday of Sumanth.

ANR, Nagarjuna, D Rama Naidu and Lagadapati Sridhar attended this function as guests.

Speaking on the occasion Ramana Gogula said, “We launched our banner at the same venue a year back. Talkie part of the film is complete and now the postproduction is going on. We are aiming for summer release. Sumanth was patient with our production and cooperated with us. Director Raj Pippalla did a wonderful job. I would like to thank our invester Anita Sakuru. We made this film with lots of passion and emotion.”

ANR said, “It is nice to see Ramana Gogula and Raj Pippalla getting good flavor to Telugu film industry with their film Boni.”

Boni will be like Avakai Pachadi - Nagarjuna
Nagarjuna said, “I was supposed to work with Raj Pippalla and Ramana Gogula, but it could not materialize. I met Raj 10 years back in Canada when I went there for a shoot. He said that he wanted to direct a Telugu film. I asked him to finish his work there and come to Hyderabad. He shifted to Hyderabad 5 years back. That shows his commitment towards his goal of directing films. Ramana Gogula too has techie background and he is producing this film. I wish that Boni will be like Telugu favorite dish Avakai Pachadi.”

Lagadapati Sridhar said, “I wanted to work with Raj. Raj is a find of Nagarjuna who has an eye for the finest technicians. Ramana Gogula is my favorite music director and I wish Boni all the best.”

Raj Pippalla said, “Moviemaking is a difficult process and Sumanth supported my ideas and created a good environment for me to work. Producer Ramana Gogula is like a brother and he supported me immensely. Nagarjuna is the reason why I am here in Telugu film industry now. Actor Sumanth said, “We had a silent shoot so far and now we are going to kick-start the publicity with this event. Ramana Gogula asked for an auspicious day and it happened to be 9 February which is my birthday. We are going to launch the music by the end of March and we will be releasing the film in April. The Hindi filmmakers are doing very good films without missing commercial elements. Likewise, Boni is also a hatke film within the parameters of commerciality."
