Orra,
part of the Belgium-based Rosy Blue Group, the world's largest
diamond manufacturing company, has now set up shop in Hyderabad.
The finest range of diamond jewellery was showcased with top
models displaying the latest collection Orra for the launch.
The company
primarily sells cut and certified diamonds from Belgium. Orra
offers all customers, a complete range to choose from - right
from the bridal collection, the solitaire collection, the
couples' collection, the spiritual collection, the platinum
collection and the Valentine collection and prices start from
Rs. 2500 upwards.
Speaking
on the occasion of the launch of the new store, Mr Vijay
Jain, CEO, Orra, said, "Orra epitomizes our rich
diamond heritage. Positioned as an only Diamonds Store, it
aims at bringing to the consumers, the finest diamond jewellery
in a world-class retail setting. The aim is to position ourselves
in the consumers mind, such that whenever one thinks diamonds,
one should think of Orra."
The range
at Orra incorporates designs from around the world, with special
counters in the showroom that specialize in international
designs. The company has international design centres in New
York, Antwerp, Hong Kong and Tokyo. Indian designing elements
such as raised beads, rawa work, rope or veni, etc, are used
keeping the Indian consumer in mind. The jewellery comprises
rings, pendants, bangles, chains, necklaces, earlets, sets
and typical Indian items such as mangalsutras and nose studs
as well as an exclusive range of men's jewellery.
Commenting
on the plans for Orra in India, Mr. Jain said, "Orra
showrooms will be rolled out in other metros in the next few
months and we plan to set up 50 outlets across the country
within a span of 3 years".
The Orra
colour logo draws its inspiration from a strong foundation,
based on a sterling legacy, superior diamonds and unique product
offerings. Much like an exquisite solitaire that stands out
and casts a spell by its sheer brilliance, the Orra blue highlights
her depth without ignoring her serenity. It stands for both,
the water and the sky - thereby signifying her nurturing spirit
as well as her soaring ambitions. The blue also signifies
purity.
A legacy
that has spanned centuries, overwhelming the world with its
brilliance can be summed up as Orra - a world that epitomizes
the person it was created for: her spirit, her grace and the
invisible glow that surrounds her. At Orra, diamonds are sculpted
to be as special as the person who buys it.
