There are 4,728 films released in Telugu. 3,303 of them are straight ones and 1,425 are dubbed ones. The year 1985 holds a special places in the History of telugu cinema as it has 183 films released in that year. 122 of them are straight films. 1990 is remember as an year of dubbed films as 90 films were released in that week.
