'Baanam' is a much awaited film produced by Seshu Priyanka Chalasani on Three Angels Studio from the house of Vyjayanthi Movies. This movie is starred by Nara Rohith nephew of Mr. Nara Chandra Babu Naidu, President Telugu Desam Party.

Chaitanya Dantuluri son of Late Shri D. Narayana Varma, popular film journalist & writer is debuting as a Director, which would hit screens from 16th of September 2009.

Nara Rohith is paired with actress Vedika for the first time in this movie. This movie has been made on a good budget by producer Seshu Priyanka Chalasani of Three Angels Studio. The music has been done by Mani Sharma and the cinematographer is Anil Bandari. The lyrics have been written by Vanamali, Ramjogaiah Shastri & Krishna Chaitanya
