Nani's upcoming film in Samutharakani's direction has been titled as Janda Pai Kapiraju. This is Samutharakani's second straight Telugu film after Shambo Shiva Shambo. Nani and Amala Paul are playing the lead roles in the Telugu version, while Jayam Ravi and Amala Paul are reprising the lead roles in the Tamil version. The film is going to go on floors in the first week of August. Nani is currently shooting for Krishna Vamsi's political film and he'll immediately join the shooting of Samutharakani's film after completing this schedule. After the recent success of Naan Ee (Eega's Tamil version), Nani has become quite popular even in Tamil Nadu. Moreover, with Gautham Menon's Yeto Vellipoyindhi Manasu lined up for release, Nani could bag more offers even from Tamil directors in near future.
