Bendre, who has done a commendable performance in Mahesh Babu's Murari
is selected as the heroine opposite Venky in the film to be produced
by KS Rama Rao. Karunakaran, who directed Toliprema and Yuvakudu in
the past would direct Venky in this film. Harris Jayaraj, the second
most popular music director in Tamilandu, who shot to the fame by giving
the terrific music to the film 'Cheli'. KS Rama Rao, who used to do
lots of films with Chiranjeevi in the past on Creative Commercials banner
has done a remake film 'Chanti'. That film proved to be a milestone
in the career of Venky that has won many hearts, especially that of
women. This film will go on floors in September of this year.
Padmalaya
studios is going to make another film with Krishna as hero soon. This
action film will have Thriller Manju directing it. This film would be
made in two languages, namely Telugu and Kannada. Incidentally, this
film would be the first straight film for Krishna in Kannada. Krishna's
latest film Pandanti Samsaram celebrated 50 days in two theaters in
AP. They are Mini Odeon (Hyderabad) and Priyadarshini (Vijayawada).
This film is expected to run for 100 days in these two centers on shifting
basis. Superstar Krishna did also signed another film in the direction
of G Nageswara Reddy. This new director has directed a successful film
6 Teens. This film will have a faction backdrop. 
Shaji
Kailas, who directed lots of blockbusters in Tamil and Malayalam, is
going to make his debut as director in Telugu with a film to be produced
by Burugapally Sivarama Krishna. Nag is playing the main lead in this
pucca mass film. This film will go on floors in August. Nag who is on
signing spree has lots of films starting in this year. His latest film
'Snehanamte Idera' went on floors yesterday. Next month, we will have
Shaji Kailas film starting. In October, he will act in the film 'Santosham'
to be directed by RR Shinde. In December, Nag will act in his home production
to be directed by Vijay Bhaskar. In between, he will also act in a mutistarrer
with Chiranjeevi to be directed by K Raghavendra Rao.
