Srimannarayana music on 6 August

Music of Bala Krishna’s latest film Srimannarayana will be launched on 6 August. The teaser is going to be released on 23 July. Bala Krishna plays a journalist in this movie. Isha Chawla and Parvati Melton play female leads. Chakri who composed music for Bala Krishna’s blockbuster Simha will compose for this movie. This film was recently shot in foreign locations like Malaysia and Europe. Ravi Chavali is directing a big hero for the first time in his career. Ramesh Puppala produces this movie on Yellow Flowers banner.

Nagarjuna as Bhai?

Annapurna Studios has registered a title ‘Bhai’. This film is expected to be Nagarjuna’s next film to be gone onto the floors. Veerabhadram who directed two consecutive hits with comedy heroes like Allari Naresh (Aha Naa Pellanta) and Sunil (Poola Rangadu) will direct his first big hero project Bhai. As the name suggests, this film is going to be an entertainer set against the backdrop of mafia. Richa Gangopadhyay has been officially signed as heroine in this movie. Nitin as Dilwala

Dilwala is the title of Nitin’s next movie in the production of Bellamkonda Suresh. This film will be directed by Chinni Krishna who made his debut as director with Veedu Theda. Chinna Krishna has earlier acted as butler-English speaking warden in Kotta Bangaru Lokam film. Nitin is the 3rd Hindi title in Nitin’s career. Both the earlier films - Dil and Ishq were super hits. Dilwala will be launched in the last week of July. Nitin is currently acting as ‘Courier Boy Kalyan’ in Gowtam Menon production.

Rajni compliments Sudeep

Rajnikant has seen Tamil version of Eega (Naan Ee) recently and overawed by the movie. He spoke to Rajamouli and appreciated the movie as a landmark film. He has also appreciated Sudeep highly by saying that Sudeep has surpassed Rajni in villain roles. Rajni has also offered to watch Eega again with Sudeep when he goes to Chennai.

Shruti Hassan in Ravi Teja’s film

Shruti Hassan is signed as heroine in Ravi Teja’s next venture in the direction of Gopichand Malineni. This film will be produced by PVP on PVP Cinemas banner. PVP has a long association with Ravi Teja as both of them knew each other when they studied in the same college at Vijayawada. Shruti Hassan has got the much needed success with Gabbar Singh this year and she doesn’t want to commit films in hurry. She wants to choose only best scripts. That is the reason why we haven’t heard many announcements from her after Gabbar Singh. Ravi Teja is currently shooting for Sir Ostara in Ooty.

Julayi postponed from 13 July

Allu Arjun’s much awaited movie Julayi’s release date is pushed from 13 July. After much deliberations and due to multiple factors, the producer has taken a decision to postpone the movie. The new release date will be announced in due time. The theatrical trailer with Trvikram’s punch dialogues created waves on the music launch day. The song visual teasers released in the past couple of weeks made sure that the expectations in the film soured up. Trivikram has got excellent brand value in A and B centers. Allu Arjun has identifiable boy-next-door image. This combination is expected to hit the bull’s eye with the help of Devi Sri Prasad’s chart-buster music.

Bangkok sentiment for Ram Charan

Ram Charan’s debut Telugu film Chiruta was shot in Bangkok. Like wise, Ram Charan’s debut Hindi film has also completed a schedule in Bangkok and returned to India. Ram Charan is doing the role of ACP Vijay Khanna in Zanjeer which is the remake of Amitab Bachchan’s illustrious classic with the same name. Devi Sri Prasad is scoring music for this movie.

Baadshah Italy shoot from 13 July

NTR gave a surprise with a new look today when he met the press regarding a political clarification. The unit of his latest film Baadshah is already in Itali. NTR is going to start here on 12 July and join the shoot from 13 July. Kajal Agarwal plays female lead. SS Thaman composes music. I Andrew handles cinematography. The regular writing team of Kona Venkat and Gopi Mohan are working for this film. Seenu Vytla fresh after blockbuster Dookudu is directing this film.

Pawan Kalyan fans to act in CGR

There is a scene in the climax of Cameraman Gangatho Rambabu in which Pawan Kalyan will be walking along with the crowds. Puri Jagan suggested Pawan Kalyan that he would like to shoot that scene with fans of Pawan Kalyan. Pawan Kalyan has agreed to it. The unit of CGR will travel a couple of towns and shoot scene (song montage) with Pawan Kalyan and his fans. The shooting of this film is going on at a brisk pace. Pawan Kalyan and Tamanna play main leads. Mani Sharma composes music.

1 crore set for Life is Beautiful

Sekhar Kammula has a distinct taste. He always makes sure that he scores in terms of freshness by shooting in non-filmy locations (especially studios). For his latest film Life Is Beautiful, he has chosen a small empty place in Padmarao Nagar, where his residence is. Thota Tharani has erected a a colony set of independent houses for a gated community. This set has cost Sekhar Kammula a crore, which was the budget of his entire film Anand. He has completed the shoot of this movie and post-production is currently going on. Sekhar is going to announce music launch date and film release date at a press conference to be held on 6 July.

Andala Rakshasi on 10 August

Sai Korrapati - the producer of Eega has simultaneously producer a film with new faces titled Andala Rakshasi. Hanu Raghavapudi - a protege of Chandra Sekhar Yeleti is making his debut with this movie. This film a period film set in early 1990’s. All the cast and crewmembers of the film are new except for three actor (Pragati, CVL and Narasimha Raju). Music of the film is recently released and was appreciated very well. Producer Sai is planning to release this film on 10 August

Nani’s film in Samuthirakani’s direction

Nani’s next film is going to have Samudrakhani (Sambho Siva Sambho fame) directing it. This film will go to floors in August. He is currently doing two films. One schedule is left for Yeto Vellipoyindi Manassu film in which Nani is paired up with Samantha again. His other film is ‘Paisa’ in the direction of Krishna Vamsi. This film is an action thriller that revolves around Paisa (money). 50% of the shoot of Paisa is complete.

Pawan to attend 50 days function

Pawan Kalyan who stays away from celebrations has finally agreed to participate in one such event. Producer Ganesh Bandla and director Harish Shankar has convinced Pawan Kalyan to participate in 50 days function of Gabbar Singh. Initially, they planned a low-profile 50days-meet at VV Vinayak’s theater in Vizag on 1 July. After Pawan Kalyan giving green signal, they are also planning a high profile function which will be held in a week’s time.
