Hear,hear movie buffs…the latest buzz in town is about a multi crore budgeted film that is slated to release for Diwali 2011. This film is touted to change every aspect of Indian film making and raise audience expectations of Indian cinema forever. No need to roll out your imaginations… we’re here with pucca inside information. The film in question is an epic adventure with a superhero theme. Huh, whats new?? We’ve already had our own superheroes in Mr.India, Koi Mil Gaya and Krish. Aint we? Is this the new SRK starrer Ra.one? Nope. Our sources claim that the producers of the film are readying to market their superhero theme as “The first Indigenous Superhero of Indian Cinema”.

What’s more?? They Claim that Indians finally will have their own Superman, Spiderman and Batman too. So, what’s the Superhero’s name? …VAALI. Yes, It’s based on our very own VAALI of Ramayana. Our sources inform us that the producers of this much touted film already have 5 sequels lined up back to back. So who’s the lead hero in the first of the franchise? It aint the Kapoors, khans or any one from the south khandaans. The first film in the franchise stars a debutante actor, Shiva Thejus… his Greek like chiseled face , lean and ripped muscular physique is bound to create an inferiority complex to any established hero . The film boasts of some of the best technicians who’ve worked for Hollywood superhero cinemas. The film is being produced by a group of silicon valley entrepreneurs who happen to be hardcore movie buffs. Though completely based on Indian epics, it is mainly aimed at the latin American market and is being readied separately to suit bollywood, tollywood and kollywood tastes, Starring our on stars in Key roles. Our informants say that the producers are already in talks with established stars from Latin America, Spain and Indian cinema to star in the lead roles of the following sequels.
