100 days function of Prabhas’s blockbuster Chatrapati was held at Lalitha Kala Thoranam on the night of 14th February 2006. This function is graced by the cast and crewmembers of the film. The heroes who attended this function include Ravi Teja, Vikram, Nitin and Gopichand. Ileana also attended the function. The other guests of the night include K Raghavendra Rai, VV Vinayak, YVS Chowdary, Lawrence, MS Raju, C Aswini Dutt, KS Rama Rao, KL Narayana, Gangaraju Gunnam and Krishnam Raju.

Director YVS Chowdary said, “MM Keeravani is my all favorite music director. I knew SS Rajamouli even before the release of Student No.1. I am happy that Rajamouli has reached to this level as director.”

Hero Gopichand said, “I am really happy that my friend Prabhas accomplished so much with Chatrapati. I want him to continue this success spree.”

I can never refuse choreography to 3 heroes - Lawrence
Choreographer turned director Lawrence said, “After becoming director, I am selecting choreography assignments very selectively. But there are only three heroes to whom I would never refuse whenever they invite me to do choreography to them. These heroes are Chiranjeevi, Nagarjuna and Prabhas. Apart from being a good actor, Prabhas is a good human being too.”

Character actor Kota said that Prabhas surpassed Krishnam Raju in few scenes of Chatrapati.

Somebody questioned SS Rajamouli’s ability in fight scenes - MM Keeravani
Music director MM Keeravani said, “During the time of Student No.1, K Raghavendra Rao asked Rajamouli to independently look after conceiving fight scenes. An important celebrity in film industry questioned the credentials of my brother Rajamouli in shooting fight sequences and everybody know what happened later. SS Rajamouli has been giving great output in fights. Chatrapati is another glorifying example.”

Film director SS Rajamouli said, “I wanted to thank every technician and actor. But when I was coming to this function, I was listening to ‘evadabba sommani’ song from Sri Ramadasu. We worked for the film because we want to do a good film together. Hence I won’t say thank you to anybody. It was dialogue writer Ratnam and story writer Vijayendra Prasad who suggested the powerful title Chatrapati. I am willing to do a film in the combination of Prabhas an Krishnam Raju.”

I want to act in a film with Prabhas - Krishnam Raju
Rebel star Krishnam Raju said, “Vijayendra Prasad (father of Rajamouli) and Shivashakti Dutta (father of Keeravani) are very close to me. They narrated a story called ‘Kanchu Dhanka’ to me in which I need to act with a gochi. I respected them since then. I like the way Rajamouli directs films. I loved Simhadri and Chatrapati. Prabhas has lots of concentration when he is on work. I am looking forward to act in a film with Prabhas.”

Hero Prabhas said that he will do all his future films by keeping his fans in mind.
