10k run has become one of the most enthusiastically celebrated events for Hyderabadis every year. This year's 10k run was held on the early morning of 27th of November at People's Plaza. This film is attended by YS Raja Sekhara Reddy, Speaker Suresh Reddy, M Satyanarayana Rao, Shabbir Ali, J Geeta Reddy, Subbirami Reddy, Salman Khan, Nagarjuna, Venkatesh, Uday Kiran, Vishnu, Muralimohan, Amala, Shriya, Namrata Sirodkar, Sania Mirza, VVS Laxman, P Gopichand and Swaranjit Sen.

Before staring of the run, aerobics instructor Dinaz made all the participants go through warm-up exercise. The 21 km half-marathon was flagged off at 6:30 am. CM YS Rajasekhara Reddy inaugurated 10k run. Parachutes feat performed from a height of 3000 feet was one of the highlights of the event.

CM YSR said, "It is a good habit to walk every day morning. Working hard for earning livelihood is not just enough. We should also make sure that our health is taken care of. In stead of others telling us about it, we must take care of it ourselves."

Bollywood actor Salman Khan said, "I love Hyderabad city and Hyderabad people. There is lots of affection in the people of Hyderabad. I love visitng this city whenever I get a chance. I feel happy to have been invited for an event that is participated by thousands of citizen."

Hero Nagarjuna said, "Everybody should be happy. The city should grow. I love to see many more events like these happing for a good cause. It is nice to learn that profits earned through this event would be donated for charity services for poor kids suffering with heart ailment."

Swaranjit Sen and Shriya gave away trophies to the winners. Jhansi anchored the event.
