Jagapati Babu’s Samanyudu started off slowly and became a decent film at box office due to good mouth publicity. It completed 50 days on 9th December. On this eve, the unit arranged a press meet at Film Nagar Cultural Club.

Jagapati Babu said, “Samanyudu became successful. Industry would be in good state in small films run successfully. Pellaina Kothalo film too got hit talk. I am feeling very happy.”

Director Ravi C Kumar said, “It has become increasingly difficult for small films to run for 50 days because of video piracy and alternative entertainment avenues. The audience proved that they always encourage good films.”
