Audi of Deepawali - the new movie starring Venu, Megha Nair and Aarti Agarwal, is today launched at Prasad Labs, Hyderabad. AAA Creations made this film as its Production No. 2. Megha Nair, a Ernakulam-based model, made her debut as heroine in Tollywood. Hari Babu is the director. T. Kripakar Reddy is the producer. It has music by Vandemataram Srinivas, who replaced Ogeti Ramana, the earlier choice. The film was launched on November 1st, 2007. It is set for release next month.

Telugu Film Producers' Council President Tammareddy Bharadwaja released the audio CD and presented the first number to actor Subbaraju, who in turn released the Audio Cassette, presenting it to the former. Tammareddy said that Vandemataram Srinivas always scored music which would cater to the tastes of all sections of the music lovers. He hoped that this film would become a blockbuster and musical hit as well.

Producer Kripakar Reddy said: "When we started the film, it was Venu's 20th film. I thank him for all his cooperation. His characterization is going to be outstanding compared to all his earlier flicks. Aarti Agarwal's role is going to be a big highlight to the film. Megha Nair has done excellently well, though she debuted as heroine. We are going to release the film next month. There is a hundred percent justification to the title Deepawali. It is a wholesome family entertainer with a lot of importance to comedy and sentiment. It will be free from vulgarity."

Due to their preoccupied schedules, none of the lead artistes were present at the function. The cast consists of Brahmanandam, Bhanu Chander, Vinod Kumar and others
