Music launch of Raja sekhar’s latest film Gorintaku was done at Prasad Labs on the nights of 14 April. D Suresh Babu released the audiocassette and gave the first unit to RB Chowdary. MS Raju launched the audio CD and gave the first unit to Gemini Kiran.

Rajasekhar said, “This is a remake of Kannada blockbuster Annatangi. When RB Chowdary preferred Pratap as director, I requested for Samudra. But RB Chowdary insisted on Pratap. During the shooting I realized it. VR Pratap is a very good director.”
